1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TinyTailPup app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TinyTailPup is a mobile game in which players care for virtual creatures, earn experience points, complete daily quests, and compete in leaderboards. The App includes optional in-app purchases and advertisements.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest or by creating an account with an email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in leaderboards or rewards.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

4.1 Virtual Items

The App contains virtual currency (coins, diamonds) and virtual items (boosters, food, energy) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

4.2 Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Rewarded Ads

You may earn virtual currency by watching optional rewarded advertisements. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region or device.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players' accounts.
• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including artwork, animations, sounds, characters, and game mechanics — is owned by TinyTailPup and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of targeted advertisements based on your device information. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

8. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications to remind you to care for your creature or inform you of in-game events. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or data due to technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTailPup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, game progress, or data.

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
